Returns and Refunds
In case you want to return the item, just send an email to this address soukbutik.info@gmail.com inserting the order number and name used in the subject.
The item must be wrapped and wrapped as it was received, clearly free of defects not caused by us (e.g. scratches, stains, injuries).
If the item is damaged or non-compliant, SoukButik reserves the right not to proceed with the refund.
The item in question must be returned no later than 14 days after arrival. It will be the customer's responsibility to personally arrange for the return of the package through local logistics chains.
